This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the swimming pool was breathtaking and the private facilities were exceptional.
Although the breakfast was delicious, it ran out of things early and wasn't always restocked promptly. this was only a minor issue compared to the overall enjoyable experience.

The pool, facilities, children-friendly atmosphere, comfortable room with robes, welcoming and accommodating staff, Keskek for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were superb, offering a thermal pool, slides, and a hot tub. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and kind. We were particularly impressed with the lady who welcomed us upon arrival and checked in on our satisfaction throughout our stay. The hotel is also children-friendly, with great amenities for families. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bathroom and robes provided. And the food, both at breakfast and dinner, was very good, offering a variety of options that suited our taste. we found this hotel to be excellent value for the money.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with a thermal pool, slides, and hot tub to enjoy. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with robes provided. the bathroom is clean and spacious. the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including Keskek. the hotel also has a spa with excellent facilities, meeting all expectations.
The music in the dining area can sometimes be too loud.

We had a great time at this hotel! First of all, the pool was amazing and we enjoyed all the facilities that came with it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and it was delicious. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the city center and surrounded by beautiful mountains.
The hotel décor felt a bit dated and some aspects of the room were not as clean as we would have liked. the wait staff wasn't as attentive as we would have hoped.
